Create an invoice dispute

From Dispute Management:

  1. Go to Inventory > Billing Center > Dispute Management.
  2. Click + in the top right corner of the page. A pop-up opens.
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Title of the dispute
    • Provider
    • Invoice Period
    • Reason (a drop-down of reasons)
    • Comment

  4. Click Apply. You'll see the following message at the top of the screen: The Dispute has been successfully created.

The message disappears after a few seconds and you'll be redirected to the Overview tab of the Dispute record.

From Discrepancy Tracker:

  1. Go to Inventory > Discrepancy Tracker. A grid containing all discrepancy patterns for the Period and Provider selected from the filters opens.
  2. Click the expand arrow next to the pattern. A list of all the services included in the selected pattern opens.
  3. Click on the service entry. The Discrepancy Details page opens. The information consists of an overview, where all the discrepancies associated with it appears, as well as a history section which highlights both analysis and discrepancies known to date.
  4. Click Actions. A drop-down menu opens.
  5. Select the action type you want to perform from the menu.
  6. Select Dispute from the actions drop-down menu. A pop-up opens.
  7. Fill in the following fields:

    • Title of the dispute
    • Invoice Period
    • Provider
    • Reason (Same reasons as discrepancies)
    • Comment

  8. Click Apply. The message "The Dispute has been successfully created" appears.
    The message disappears after a few seconds and you'll be redirected to the Overview tab of the Dispute record.
